I like medium stockman knives very much!




But I have a very serviceable 34OT, and the Schrade 834 you're so generously offering in this GAW seems like an upscale version of my 34OT, and I'm really not an upscale kind of guy!

This Uncle Henry 897UH is probably my ideal of what a medium stockman should be (thanks, Dean):

This Rough Rider seems to me to be obviously based on the Uncle Henry:
This Case CV chestnut jigged bone 63032 "belongs to" my favorite series of Case knives, but I'm not really a fan of square bolsters and this particular knife has more blade rub than I care for:
At least some Case dealers call the x347 pattern a "medium stockman", even though its closed length is 3 7/8". This is probably my favorite Case stockman.
