My favorite 087 Stockman (considered small I guess)

A few years ago, Case produced a series of patterns (maybe about 8 patterns?) with stainless steel blades, walnut Rogers jigged bone, and the quad-threaded bolsters. I thought they were fantastic, but by the time I thought I had the financial solvency to start buying them, they had already been discontinued and were very difficult to find. I managed to locate a NOS version of the 6347 at an online dealer in Oklahoma and got it as a Christmas present for myself in 2021.
(FWIW, I think Old Engineer Old Engineer had a complete set of those knives that he got from kids and grandkids, or something like that - very impressive!)

I apologize for showing more than just Stockman but :
Some pretty nice knives that you just showed Gary . Your memory is still pretty good too my friend . Case did that series in 2016 . We have 4 Kids and each of them funded 2 each of the 8 in the series . They are true Safe Queens and will go back to them some day . They are all made very well of Unobtainium and I like everyone of them . I enjoy seeing your's every time you post it too my friend . A photo taken in 2016 of the complete series .

Always great to see that set, Harry; thanks for posting them!:cool::cool::thumbsup:
That second one from the top on the right (just below the fantastic mini canoe) is a medium stockman that I wish was an easier-to-find pattern. I think it's often called a medium cigar stockman, 3 3/8" closed, 63090 pattern number.
