WINNERS PICKED! Post # 1k giveaway!

I'm in, thanks for the chance :).

I don't drink, but I love me some good tri-tip. For those that aren't familiar with it, its much more popular out west (CA in particular), and is somewhere between a london broil/brisket and a nice top sirloin steak. Its worth checking out :).

Congratulations to the winners, and thanks again for your generosity Trevor, and for a really great thread. I've read through it at least 3 or 4 times, and it always makes me thirsty, reminds me of some great beers, and makes me think what a tasteful bunch you all are. I've even found myself talking about this thread to my 'non-knife friends'! Some really good pics as well :)

Cheers! :)

Thank you Trevor! I really appreciate winning in this giveaway. I just got home from a 3 day camping weekend with our BSA council, we took ~200+ Scouts and leaders (including 21 from my own Troop) to Boston to hike the Freedom Trail and the road from Lexington to Concord. It's a great thing to open up the forum and see that I won a Buck

Thanks again Trevor and thank you Blade Forums Traditionals, you are awesome!

Cheers,
Griff

Thanks CD, it was! I know I'll never forget any of them, we do the traveling camporee every two years, our last one was in your neck of the woods camping first in Ligonier, then in the Science Museum in Pittsburgh.

Since I've been with the Troop we've gone to Ottawa, Williamsburg, Pittsburgh and now Boston. In two years I'll go with my younger son to Washington D.C., my older son ages out of Scouts at the end of this year.

Congrats on winning the Buck, and thanks again to Trevor for his generosity.

Cheers,
Griff

P.S. I like your handle, I'm sitting in my basement next to my drums right now (and a bunch of soggy camping equipment too) :D

My Buck 303 arrived today, thank you again Trevor!

I took a quick and dirty cell pic, now if I could just get it off the darn phone! :)
