My latest praise for Mr.Winston:
Recently, after being pointed to a link, I e-mailed Mr.Winston about a folder on CKD that was for sale. Unfortunately, it was already sold some time ago, however he remembered having a similar one laying around in the shop and was going to get back to me.
Later that evening he e-mailed me letting me know that he put 3-4 hours into the one he found and made it better than new re-anodizing the liners, regrinding it to a better blade thickness, polished the scales, replaced the washers and put a new satin finish on it and that he would send it to me to see if I wanted it.
Now thats some service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially considering he offered to sell this TOTALLY rehauled folder for less than the one I was inquiring about.
