All right, I figured I'd place this here for history... because I think it's pretty cool.

I installed some Aluminum Heat Shield on the inside of my toaster door:

This drastically changed the performance of this oven! With the exact same settings (P600-I0-D0) the oven ramp-ed way faster.
The GREEN line is the new ramp with the door insulation
The BLACK line is the ramp I was using (in an effort not to over shot temps... probably too conservative an option when looking back on it considering the amount of time it took the oven to reach temp)
