I have a brand new TOPS B.o.B. Got this one in a trade-I opened the sealed bag last night. It is 10 out of 10 with paperwork-whistle-fire rod-and sheath. I still have the bag it came in. Has never been carried or has not cut a thing! It is a beautiful knife. I wish it were FFG.
The knife is 10 inches long in total, with a blade length of 4 1/2 inches. This makes a compact, but extremely serviceable knife. The Fieldcraft's blade is 3/16" thick, and made of 1095 High Carbon steel. The cutting edge is a modified Scandinavian Grind, which is very effective for carving, skinning and other general woods work. With a rockwell hardness of 56-58
Looking for fixed blades 1st-- Ratmandu (will add
) or Rodent 3/4/5/6 --RAT/ESEE 5/6/7-- or similar. Maybe the right Becker. I will consider all offers, don't be afraid to ask! I would also trade for a folder (I like BM), so feel free to offer. Customs welcome too.
