WNY Gathering 2012

Boy it is getting close again to our next WNY gathering. This year I am having at my shop and hope to come up with some good ideas for projects. Your input would be great. The dates will be July 28th, 29th and 30th. My shop is located at 6955 State route 20A Perry ny 14530. I have 2.3 acres of land so plenty of room for camping and people. I am right on a main road and easy to get to. I hope to have another good turn out. Doug

Thanks John we need to come up with a project or projects for the shop this year. You will have to bring Jen this year, running water and flush toilets. Doug

Doug, I think Jen is running out of excuses! We've already camped out at Letchworth once this year, and I have a new iron tripod for the dutch oven and for making tea/coffee.

It is too bad he has the A. G. Russell event that same weekend. Lets hope his backup can make it. Doug

Doug, for your projects how about neck knives? use scrap wood from around the shop for the grips, make simple sheaths w/lanyards. I'd be glad to help with the cost for materials.

My contribution to "The WNY Gathering". Picked it up today. Still gotta get a lid for this bad boy. I have no doubt you could cook 20-40 scrambled eggs.

Its wider than the doorway w/handle on !

Combined that with my wife's big Lodge cast iron pan, boy we can feed an army . Doug
