women and knives, are we freaks?

Satchel - that was the word I was looking for. I was thinking of a satchel to lug some small bits of gear and stuff around with me, made of a tasteful leather, something like that. You like it?
Yes I like it.
I don't carry much "gear" as I do use it more for food and edc city stuff.
I use a cross carry bag, a small back back essentially.

LOL... I was just musing aloud today, about getting some kind of leather briefcase, manbag type thing, something in between a traditional briefcase and "bowling ball bag", to carry various things that I might want to have on me.

I feel like a backpack is a little juvenile but that could absolutely be personal associations. A duffel bag is too large, and doesn't look good, either. But maybe something in a tasteful leather, ierno...

i still think we men could carry a Batman utility belt much like Adam West did. I really like the contributions the lady knife carriers and users bring to this place. I think having a pocket knife would be one of things to look for in a companion. Sort of like a country person looking for a another country person with tractor and knife…send picture of tractor and knife. Must be able to whittle and shoot the breeze, sip iced tea, and use a knife to fix a harness, cut an apple, or open a feed bag, etc.

cbach8tw cbach8tw It's funny but a good point. :)

Anyway I had not seen this thread before. Aside from the post above and the OP I have not read through it, but had I been around here when the thread was started I would have said simply: "Lady, you're preaching to the choir!"

Lot of freaks at our brandings:

A while back I got a really nice phany pack. Made by Highland Tactical. I don't really know the brand, but it seems really well made. I got it for like $8 or so at a local discount store. Seems super practical, but I can't hardly bring myself to wear it. Seems like it would carry a baby Glock or mid sized revolver and a few reloads very easily.
