This is where you can post photos of your knife after it arrives and comment on what you like about it.

Send an email to the sender thanking them and letting them know that it arrived, and send me an email/PM saying that you have received it.

Well, I guess I am first! Woo-Hoo doesn't quite cut it though. HOTDAM! might be more appropriate! I received my KITH knife from Jerid Johnson this weekend and let me tell you, the pictures that he posted barely do it justice. A beautiful blade appointed with a stag handle and damascus hilt/butt cap. The tang nut is cast iron. Fit and finish are superb. The hand tooled leather sheath shows the same level of care as the blade. The entire package shows a very high level of design and craftsmanship. Thanks Jerid for the great knife. You certainly have set the bar high this year. Merry Christmas to you, Jerid, and to all of the BF members. Steve Beckwith

Yay, it made it safely! I'm so glad you like it Steve. This was actually my first knife made with a take-down style handle. Merry Christmas!

I just received a beautifully crafted cleaver in the mail today!
It has a great feel in hand and no sharp edges where they shouldn't be. Nice clean work. Nice clean finish.
I can't wait to put it through it's paces!
Thank you Garrett and Merry Christmas to everyone!

I too received a nice knife today along with an extra block of ironwood and a cigar to boot! (Wife said I couldn't keep it, 6 years tobacco free).
Nice hollow grind and excellent fit and finish.
Thank you Mike!
Chris

Leif, I'm very happy it arrived safely and would love to see some action photos.

Just got mine! Leif even threw in an extra sheath, one leather one kydex! I'd post a picture, but all my cameras are at home?! It's a very nice little knife.

I came home for lunch and went straight to the mailbox

Just go mine today from Gary Dick and it is a beauty. It has a great feel in the hand and the fit and finish is outstanding.
Great work.

I sat here all day watching people post these wonderful knives. It's 9:00 pm, just took the trash down the hill for the morning pickup and said hey I better check my mailbox. To my surprise there was a box from the post man. I opened it to find this beautiful AEB-L, black g10, and cocobolo scaled knife. Thank you Chris, I love the knife, your sheath work I envy. Truly the best, first knife in my collection. Do we have to wait until next Christmas for the next KITH???

Kevin, and Chris--the bolster work on that knife is awesome, I look forward to the day I can build a good enough knife to feel I can participate in a KITH like this.

Very cool to all the makers in this KITH!!

Woo-Hoo, a box came from Germany today. My KITH knife was from Bart Raeven, AKA Hengelo_77.
It is a lovely daily user type with a hexagonal stacked leather handle. The handle is immaculately done. Blade is Niolox/SB-1. Everything on the knife says that a lot of time was spent on it.

To make it even better, there is a big bar of hazel nut chocolate ... Bart couldn't know, but it is one of my favorites treats. When I was a small boy, my Tante Rosa would send it to me from Munich every Christmas.

I'll take photos tonight or tomorrow and post them.

Thank you Bart - Fröhliche Weihnachten!

Woo-hoo, my KITH knife arrived yesterday afternoon! glassguy AKA Steve knocked this thing right out of the park.

The knife I made should arrive at its new home tomorrow according to USPS... or perhaps Saturday or Monday, being that it's kind of a busy season for them.

Anyone familiar with my ramblings knows that I am seldom at a loss for words... but my goodness... all I can say at the moment is that I'm both grateful and humbled to have received this fine piece.

Pics and a brief write-up coming soon. In the meanwhile, a huge "Thank You!" to glassguy and Stacy and all the participants! May you all use and enjoy your knives in good health, and may you continue to further our craft for many years to come. :)
