Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

Here's one from Ken Davis in Afzalia Burl and S0V.

That is a sweet knife Gary. Does the notch in the handle for the lanyard effect how you grip it?

Very nice, Finn. How about some details as to wood and steel? I picked the zebrawood #9 for WW.

I don't have any details about the steel or size etc. but the wood is Honduran Rosewood burl. Bret made that one for his daughter. IIRC correctly, he told me that when she got her first nice buck, that he would make her a knife. I had Bret make me this fixed blade and he told me that he really liked that wood so I pointed him in the right direction to get some for the knife. Mine has nice figure, but the wood on hers is much nicer.

Robin, that moose would be tasty. A customer of mine gave me about 20 pounds of moose today from a cow from last season and promised me more from the bull she killed recently.

Nice LeThiers also. A friend of mine recently got one in white bone.

Had this one out for awhile today, 2010 Queen Blade Forums Moose in Ebony Covers, first use of the BFC 10 for tang stamp.

Great knife and pic, Primble. I love the wood on that one.

Not the best pic, but I am really quite taken with this Ebony Eureka Jack I recently picked up. So smooth, handy, and elegant.
