Haha, thank you! These are knives that I have modified using old rosewood scales that were salvaged from the old Cattaraugus knife factory in Little Valley, NY. The two bladed knives were made for the gentleman over at JBF Champlin, who found the rosewood scales.

My 77 in African Blackwood. I've carried it every day since I got it a few weeks ago. Sorry for re posting this old photo:

Very nice, Brian! I have considered getting one too but I have quite a bit of money waiting on next months buys at the OKCA show.

Thank you Sir. The awl in the background has some beautiful grain too. Love that cocobolo.

By the way..... your link isn't working on my end.

Ron ..... a couple of beautiful examples there!

Thanks for letting me know. I'll look into. I am sorry I missed the awl. I was distracted by the knife. Nice awl. Now that I look I'll bet that's a LN 60 1/2 block plane in the background.

Thanks Perry! I am finding that the 15 pattern knives I like the best are usually the least fancy. I figured that this would be a good single blade friend to my Gabon ebony Farm Boy. I already have been beating on that one much more than I thought I would.
Looking forward to seeing next month's haul!

I've been carrying this imperial that I just rescaled with some oak. It originally had a bottle opener and some other kind of weird blade but I made it into a single blade jack. I like this guy

Very nice! That's some cool wood.

Carried my #22 for the first time in a while:
