Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

A few somethings to help keep me connected to the outdoors while stuck in the office in the middle of some ugly weather.

Good eye. The puukko was indeed made by Pekka. The top knife was made by Ray Laconico. It's his take on the Argentine criollo knife.

Really like the looks of it. thanks for the info, and the pic, of course.

Really like that Puukko Christian!
Beautiful Burl on the Steingass Primble!
I have a Puukko with me today also.

Two exceptional knives, Christian!! The puukko gods and Rino blessed me with a beyond beautiful puukko. I want to thank him in his own thread and really wanted to get some great pictures. Time, life and camera issues have held that up.

Well Jeff, you sure picked a winner. Enjoy!
Edit: Anyone know... Does the acorn shield always designate stainless?

Here is something a little different, Cocobolo scales, carbon pruning blade, chrome over carbon shears. German, King brand, Made by Boengen and Sabin.

Happy Wednesday folks.

Best regards

Robin

That's just bizarre. In a good way.

Toting this pair today.

Some Case Pakkawood from the 70's :) Hope everyone has had a nice day! :D

As a teenager, I used to carry a green sodbuster that came in that very box. It was one of the few knives that I ever lost. I blamed it on my girl chasing back then. The wood one you show is very nice my friend ! You collecting Kentucky stuff now ? I can always send you a wildcats cap ! ;):D:D:D

That's a great clasp knife, Ron, but the soddie is what really pops. What amazing grain!

TsarBomba - Thanks, I didn't realize it until today, but my Buffalo is in need of a good waxing. It is too dry.:)

Primble - Thanks for the compliment! :) I know exactly the green Sodbuster you are talking about, and the Stag makes my trio complete. ;):D:D If the Cats make it to the Final 4 and they are not playing the Vols,:eek: I will definitely wear that cat cap!:D
