  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

Good Wood so far, everyone!

^ I'm gonna need to find one of those short stubby 25s at some point. They look like tiny little tanks; compact but tough. I like!

I'm still carrying the long & lean wooden Weasel.
...

Interesting that these two models are side by side in Alan's and AlwaysTomboy's posts. ATB, did you realize that a formerly-popular affectionate name for the 25s was WLST: Weird Little Stubby Thing? Trying to pronounce that acronym, with a slight stumble of the tongue, comes out quite close to the way a slurred rendition of "Weasel" could sound. Just saying'...:D

^^ Beautiful pic Dschal, always nice to see signs of spring! Hope the walks are helping.
For today's Wooden Wednesday I'll follow suit with another Ebony.
Thanks. The walks are tough, I have numbness in my leg and foot, but I'm following doctor's orders. I love your C/B sowbelly, and maybe need to find one!

James, your sowbelly says, "Sophistication!"
Of the dozen knives I'm carrying this week, only one is wood. It's a Remington peanut with what I consider to be quite mesmerizing burrowed covers:

Thanks Gary, ebony does have a classy look. Great pic of an exceptional Remington! The wood's grain, the lighting and the nautilus add up to one interesting photo.

Thanks for the kind comments, James. :)
My pictures are always a mystery to me; I can never predict how good, or how bad, they'll turn out. I just have to wait and see what they look like once I download them to my MacBook.
