Thanks Alan, the Kuksa is arctic birch and the knife is curly birch. We think the table is some sort of acacia.

Due to a slight modification this cocobolo White Owl has been called a navel knife. It remains one of my absolute favorites even though it's not the least bit nautical.

Wow joeradza. I'd of never guessed it! And I've used LOTS of bocote. Got a big box of it under the bench right now. Finshed a knife with it yesterday. Wonderful thing about wood, the variations are endless!
