Thanks, Dwight. I think there's an Opinel Wildlife series (or Scrimshaw series?) with knives having oak handles depicting deer, dogs, boars, trout, hares, and something else (bighorn sheep?)

That's the first thing I thought too Lance but I just can't tell for sure. Next to the bolster it looks solid but on the jigging it sure looks like Pakka to me.
