My Usual Lamb for Wooden Wednesday... African Rosewood.

John, as much as you carry this one, I would have thought the rosewood would have darkened considerably more than this.. did it start out lighter than normal?
When you get a good A Wright, they are really good, solid, attractive knives. I have a couple that are pretty good...

Certain lights make the Red 'POP' (Cha-Ching) more... but it hasn't darkened too much over time.
Maybe the difference between African Rosewood and Indian Rosewood? This one is African.

Thanks. Always thought this #12 pattern NW Cherry wood was nice looking. This pattern has really grown on me.

The only sylvan-sided knife I'm "officially" carrying this week is a Böker Beer Barrel canoe. But Sunday was such wonderful weather that I filled my pockets with all the TL-29s and all the lambsfoot knives I have and took them with me on an afternoon walk to get some sunny knife photos. I'll include Valley Jack, my 2019 desert ironwood Guardians lambsfoot, lit up on a bridge over a little creek.
