Wooden Wednesday - Traditionals only please

Ebony jack knives are among my favorite traditional patterns. Here is the newly arrived Bunny hanging out with its cousins, Angus, Radio and Pony.

My schedule assigned me only one knife this week with wooden handle, but I've been using a couple of knives in the kitchen frequently this week so far, so I'll post those, too. Knives come from 3 different countries and use 3 different species of wood.
A French knife with oak handle in my pocket:

An Italian knife with bubinga handle that I've been using to slice cheese, among other foods:

A British knife with rosewood covers that I've also use for food prep (but not for cookies, despite the photo) several times already this week:hhb1.stack.cookies.jpg
