One of my favorite GECs from the last few years.

I grabbed this Beaver Tail #43 today, and paired it with the (obviously) not wood-handled What-A-Knife to make What-A-Wooden-Wednesday.

The only wood-handled knife I'm carrying this week is an Italian CEM agricultural folder with bubinga covers. I usually keep it in the kitchen because it's a great food prep knife.
