Couple of rosewoods for me this week.
This Böker Magnum scout knife is assigned by my rotation schedule as one of this week's knife carries (but I carry it LOTS of other weeks just because it's a scout knife of distinction IMHO - thanks, Greg).
I keep this French Coursolle Pradel (along with quite a few other folders) in the kitchen for food prep, and I used it this morning to cut up clementine and apple to put on my cereal, and to cut up green pepper to steam and mix in with the dog's canned food (beef/barley and chicken/barley "entrees").
Handle made from something my dad pruned off a tree in his back yard some years ago - dogwood, he told me, but I’m not 100% sure. It had been laying around for a while before I collected it to make knife handles.
