I got this knife through a giveaway hosted by the maker Bruce Culberson. It is my first giveaway win, and what a first it is! This is just an exceptional knife that I have a feeling will be with me and used every opportunity I get. Mr. Culberson, I can't thank you enough.

Congratulations! ... Get some better pictures of the knife when you can, please? I'd love to see more.

Wait, a quick search for "Culberson" reveals the giveaway thread. This is it, right?

Very nice! (I still want more. :))

Yep! That's it! Like I said, my picture really does it no justice at all. I will (finally) have a relatively good camera within the next two weeks, so I will definitely get some good pictures and post them up!

That grafting knife is a very interesting little piece! I'm gonna have to look up the reason for the unusual blade design.

Here's a little knife made by Terry Primos. He called the model "Platypus", after a comment his wife made regarding it's appearance. The wood is curly maple, guard is SS, construction is hidden tang and the blade is hand forged 1084. The stripes in the wood actually seem to disappear and reappear when it's moved.

Here's another pic. I think Thomason took this one when he owned it.

Today is the first Wednesday that I get to carry my new Queen that the OP of this thread generously gave away a couple of weeks ago. This is a very nice little knife. Comfortable in the hand, good looking, great blades. Perfect walk and talk. I need to get more pics but here is what I have for now:
