Woodsman Run 1/3 Signup

A quick question Andy. It may have been covered but I can't find it.

Is this stabalized wood ?

I am just curious, that is all. No problem either way.... :)

The wood is not stabalized. I've never had an issue with this wood checking or spliting. I rarely use stabalized wood, and with care I've never had any major problems with any of my handles. I do stand behind my product, and if the wood moves on you I'll either fix the knife, or send you a new one, or refund your cost, whichever makes you happy. I'd imagine though that if you maintain your knife, it'll last a long long time.

BTW. Guys I only did nine spots on this particular run because thats how far the wood took me.;)

It really makes me happy to see the HI Mods here!!!

I'm ordering plenty sheaths so that I have left overs regardless. When it comes time to ship, we'll get that all organized.

Any idea how much the sheaths are going to run? Just trying to decide whether I want to make my own or not. Thanks!
 
I got an e-mail and expect a quote from JRE within a day or so. I'll let you guys know, and post pics of their design ASAP.
