I recently posted that I was having some trouble contacting them to place an order, seems my email got lost in cyberspace along the way.

Well, after that post, Paul went out of his way to contact me! I am glad he did as I was able to secure an order for a hard to find item. He was knowledgable and pleasant to chat with, and I will certainly order from him again.

I cannot say enough for his customer service! (I find good customer service is become a rare thing in Canada these days)
