I have had good business experiences with World Knives several times in the past, but recently things got even better. A while back, I ordered a Stag handled folder from them. From my experience with Stag in the past, i thought it might be a bit fat, so i sent a separate email asking if they could look at all of the model that i ordered that they had in stock and choose the slimmest one. They took a moment, went and got out all of the boxes and looked em over. finding one they thought would please me, they sent it on. It was great! Exactly the kind of thin handle i was looking for.
About a month later, I decided i would ask them if they had another Stag handled model that fit the same criteria as my earlier order. They again went and looked at what they had in stock and got back to me telling me they had none that would fit my wants. They then offered to check each new shipment as it came in to see if there was anything suitable. I told em hell yeah. Well, about two and a half months later, entirely under their own initiative, they still remembered to check and eventually found one they thought i would dig. They emailed me and asked me if i was still interested. I promptly ordered and it's on the way.
World Knives kicks ass. There are a lot of good people out there selling knives, but i have never personally experienced that much customer service. Excellent people over there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
