I have bought from them twice so far. Decently fast shipping. Friendly and very accommodating. I told them I wanted particularly thin stag handles on a knife and would they mind looking at all of a model and see if they had one in stock that fit the description. They did so and i bought it. I plan to buy quite a few more knives from them in the future.
I bought a Fontenille Pataud Laguoile with a cow horn handle from them a few years ago. Upon my request, they sent me pics of the knives they had so that I could choose the exact one that I wanted as cow horn handles vary in colour and patterning. Can't get much better service than that.
