Just got off the phone with customs. I had already sent two e-mails regarding that Swabbie I won, but I got no response. With the second e-mail, I attached a notification in case they read it, but they didn't so I called. The woman on the phone was very helpful and said that the package was released by customs today, so it wasn't under their control anymore. This should mean that it will arrive this week or the next. I'm curious
