Worst service I've ever recieved

Streetsmart Professional Equipment. If you are thinking about ordering from this company-DON'T. I placed an order for a Mad Dog holster and while my check has been cashed, I have yet to recieve my holster and it's been well over a month. I have tried every means possible to contact the company the whole time and finally yesterday I got a response by E-mail from some guy telling me that basically he would "look into it." No mention of where my holster was or when I would get it or my money back. I E-mailed him within the hour and have yet to hear back. All I want now is my money back. This is ridiculous. Unbelievable. An outrage even.
 
I thought my email exchange with Mr. Hufford was more amicable than this.

His check was accidentally deposited (12/15)before his order was ready. That is contrary to our policy.
We had a very heavy end of year traffic and got behind.
He is getting the refund he desires.
He has not been disrespected by me or any staff.

I guess taking lumps like this has to be expected.
I wish I was perfect.
