Would a BM with axis lock be considered a "gravity knife"?

In many jurisdictions interpretation of the law is up to the individual officer unless contested in court. There have been many cases where the officer with great effort flicked open a buck 110 and cited the person for a gravity knife. Most places that have laws concerning certain types of knives being prohibited have used clouded language on purpose to allow for interpretation by law enforcement. Case law pertaining to knives if read at length is truly a nightmare for knife enthusiasts.
