Would this bother you?

… I'm not sure I have that many conversations about stuff like this.
I feel this way quite often, especially when used as a selling point. “This makes a great conversation starter!”- yeah, well I don’t like talking to people, and why are they in my house, and looking at my stuff- I digress! I wouldn’t keep this personally because it’s simply a manufacturing error. Not to say it’s not useable- but definitely not the way it was intended.

It's different. That's for sure. If you bought it as a user, then keep it & use it. Probably no one but you will notice the difference. If you're a collector, again, keep it. It's unique. Just my two cents.

Can you show a split image of the two sides together?

Here you go.

I don’t think it would bother me for a user but everyone is different. Unfortunately this might be the result of Buck tripling their workforce in the last 12 months. They went from 130 employees to 350. Glad they are growing and providing more jobs but you gotta figure a learning curve or two.

I like it even better now that I see the other side, as the nail nick is aligned with the opposite side‘s grind. If and before you return it, send me a pm :)
I'd like to be able to see it through your eyes. So far, I'm struggling.

I believe if someone wanted to gift me one , I could get used to it ! ;)

It's only my prejudice that a blade should be symmetrical , but actually I already have many knives that violate that principle .
