would you buy this knife ???

I enjoy quality. Would not carry even if free. There are a couple of Winchester knives that by brother got me for Christmas several years ago in my drawer still. Never carried and never will. There is just no reason.

That's because it is a cheap Chinese folder:p

Only if for some insane reason I was required to prove that Frost ever produced anything worth paying $5 American for.

Frost is a company based out of USA that has knives made in China.
It would be like buying a Toyota in USA and thinking it is a USA made truck.
Excepting some Toyotas, like the Sequoia, are made in the USA, including the engine and transmission.

If you're happy with it, that's great. I, personally, would not buy it for myself. I'm reminded of an elderly customer of mine that once told me, "Son, cheap s#%t ain't good, and good s#%t ain't cheap."
The old adage: cheap, fast, good - pick any two.

What the OP didn't mention was that in order to pay $2.50 for that knife he got a package deal. OP, where are the other 18 to 49 chinese knives? Just curious. Was that one the most photogenic or are you going to try to sell them to us here ? :)

It should surprise no one that this knife is NOT Made in USA, MADE IN CHINA.

Oh Noes, this the same knife I got for Doug C. after drawing his name in this years BFC Christmas gift exchange. I hope he doesn't already have one. :D

For the record, Toyotas sold in the U.S. are manufactured in the U.S. They are basically American made, Japanese sponsored.

Dang, Nickels, I've gotten some nice things but this takes the cake.

DC….:D

Most are us assembled with us parts I left a link early on in this thread. We're talking like 75 percent of Toyota models are us made.
