Wow! DealXtreme knives are apparently "good"?

I moderate another forum about GPT's (get paid to's) when a person posted about how is dealxtreme order got denied by his GPT, I asked him what he ordered and he said a knife so I searched DX's knives, and this is what I've found http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.28960 apparently they get rave reviews. I also promptly sent a guy a link to bladeforums, and a list of better companies to buy from (spyderco, benchmade, kershaw, etc) hoping to convert him to a quality knifenut .

Just kind of pointing them out they don't seem that good either. After going through Dealxtreme a little more I see more knock offs than the eye can see.
I was specifically fond of Uniquefire S10 Cree R2-WC 220-Lumen LED Flashlight - Black (1*AA/1*14500) Uniquefire wonder what that sounds like .
