Wow I can't believe SOG removed my review, just because they have bad customer service.

The first words of his review are "Great knife"...'nuff said.
Taking down his review for also posting negatives to the experience is like school in the summertime, no class.

No he didn't, BUT reviewing the purchase experience as a whole IS valid in this online world.
When buying online it is helpful to know that people had positive or negative experiences.
I, for one, do appreciate knowing what people experienced regarding shipping speeds, customer support, problem resolution, etc.
No doubt reviewing the knife was what he agreed to do when he posted the review. How often do you see reviews of customer service experiences where a product review should be on a company website? Not often because it isn't the proper place for such a review. Who says he even bought through the website? Imagine the amount of jilted customer experiences clogging up the space where honest product reviews should be if companies let people post whatever they wanted. It is hard enough to sift through the reviews of knives made by idiots who don't know jack about sharp things. I don't need to also hear from all the Karens who find themselves in a tiff with customer service. "I'd like to speak with your manager!" lol

If you go to company websites to get honest reviews of said companies, I got bad news for you.

I did buy through the official SOG website. That's why they sent the email asking me to post a review, also I did review the actual knife at the beginning.

Did you really expect a company to publish a negative review of the company itself on their own website?
