Wrist watch for outdoor use..?

Nice... who makes it?

that is a stowa prodiver, 1000m diver with auto hrv valve. one of the nicer small company's with outstanding customer service. i've also got a black dial version. i'm saving up for a lime dial. the lume is outstanding on them too.

I have been using a Suunto Vector since I think 2002. Excellent watch its on the large side. I used most of its functions mountaineering: compass, Barometer, Altimeter, and all the basic time stuff as well. They aren't cheep though. I think I paid about $199 in 02. I just looked on their web site and the new version has a heart rate monitor. Not really an outdoor requirement but good way to track your intensity during workouts.

My EDC watch for the last decade has been a Timex Expedition (analog). I've worn it for work, church, hunting, house remodeling, hiking, etc and it's still going strong. It looks like it's done all those things, but I'm not pretentious and don't care as long as it still keeps time. It's on its second battery and second strap. This year I bought a second Expedition (digital) just to have the timers and alarm for back country hunting. Best bang for the buck IMO.

I used to own a few Suunto Core's and all of them had problem, so i switched to Casio, used to have a PAW-1500 which is a great watch.
Now I use the G-shock Frogman MIRB as my EDC or my Marathon JSAR and it a great watches.

Not my own picture, this thing is almost unbreakable.

I have loved my G-shock G011. looks slick and takes a hell of a beating. I'm in Canada and it was supposed to be 200$, but due to a computer glitch it came up as 65$.
