Good luck on this, but, I doubt anyone would sell their small wheel separately. If you can machine get the wheel size you want and a chunk of aluminum. I think it would be pretty easy to make one. but, doubt the effort would be worth it.

Errrrr buy a Bader small wheel yoke and cut a piece of aluminum stock then bolt it to a tooling arm?

Made one of these for around $10, just a row of bearings on a spindle.
