Interesting... When you click into General, it should just be a little ways down that page.

You don't need to have a supporting membership to use PMs, it just increases PM storage. I see no reason you shouldn't have PMs.

If I were you, I'd contact one of the mods and ask what's up. Until then, I'll try sending you an email.
 
Okay, figured out the answer to my own question... It looks like you DO have to pay for PMs.

Still very unclear, however...

A basic membership is $10 annually and comes with unlimited PMs? (or at least a limit isn't mentioned)

But a gold membership costs $30 and limits you to 100 PMs?

Ah, whatever. Not the place to discuss this anyway. Dammit, still pissed about that axe... Anyway, thanks for the info and best of luck.
 
How strange... Perhaps it changed since I first joined, maybe you do need some form of supporting membership. I assume my email didn't make it through Starter?
 
No, haven't gotten any emails...

I've used emails to buy here before, so I assume that's not a paid membership thing (unless it literally just changed)... I'm guessing it's a multiple-servers-going-through-a-proxy thing, complicated by the fact that I'm currently overseas. Your server is in Canada, my home server/email address is in America, and I must be on a Spanish server now... All funneling through Bladeforums email server.

Nobody's fault. Damn frustrating to miss out, though. :p

Thanks for the info. I'll probably get a basic membership...
