I bought the Benchmade new and it came with a couple little flaws. There is a slight mark on the Ti scale that is only visible from certain angles (picture #6). There is also a section of scratches on the back of the liner behind the firing scale, I think it could possibly be from the scale moving back next to it (picture #7). I think that the knife could be sent to Benchmade to have these things repaired but I haven't called and talked to them about it.
I carried it (very carefully) once when I got it and it has sat in its box ever since. It fires very hard (much harder than the 7505-132 I had) and is the sharpest factory edge I have seen.
I am interested in Hinderer XM-18 3.5" wharncliffe's or maybe spanto's, striders, and CRK large Sebenza Insingo's (preferably with carbon fiber inlays). I don't care for DLC blades.
I would like to get either one knife plus cash or possibly two knives depending on what they may be. This knife was $1,200 when I got it they seem to be very hard to come by.
