I have a 2013 Emerson Combat Karambit for trade. It has the factory edge, has never been sharpened (is still sharp). The knife is in like new condition, rarely carried. Cut a few boxes with it, but that's about all the combat it's seen. For full disclosure I did drop the knife while trying to be a mall ninja flipping it around onto a wooden floor. The very very fine tip has chipped, which is fairly common on these models as there is no meat at the tip. The tip is still sharp, don't stick your finger into it! I wanted to mention it even though it is a very hard to notice detail. I assume the new blade design for the current Combat Karambits was done to fix this potential issue.
