Hi I have a newish Leatherman Sidekick and a USED CRKT M21 folder i would like to trade. I have had the Sidekick for maybe less than a month and have used the knife blade very lightly (cutting open packages by cutting the tape), and i used the wire cutter to cut up some wire hangers to make marshmallow roasting sticks for my sisters. The serrated blade is the one i have given heavier use as i use it to cut heavy zip ties and cut up boxes, but since it is not outside accesible, this has posed a problem (for me) since this is the tool i use the most. I now have another multitool with an outside serrated blade, so this one is no longer necessary.
The M21 is definitely used, it was my work knife before i got the Sidekick. The blade is still sharp, i have only touched it up a couple of times, never sharpened, but the serrated part is a little chipped. Also there are some reddish spots near the choil that i have not been able to remove, but not sure if its rust or not? I tried to take a pic of it hopefully it will show up.
I am interested in trading BOTH for either a Leatherman Skeletool CX (thats the one with the plain edge and carbon fiber insert) OR a Leatherman Juice C2 or CS4 (preferrably the C2 between the Juices, and preferrably the Skeletool overall). Used ones are ok, as long as they are in good condition and blades have either only been touched up or lightly sharpened.
