I have a Medford TFF1 that has been customized. The presentation side has been cerakoted black, the lock side has been anodized blue (with bronze to purple edge), the blade has file work on the spine and a acid / stonewash finish. The acid wash did leave some fine pitting in the blade (I tried to capture in the pictures) but does not effect the edge or blade at all.
If you are looking for a knife to sit in your recliner and play with, this isn't for you. Has a very strong detent and is pretty much a two hand opener (might get easier as it breaks in).
If you are looking for an overbuilt strong folder for heavy use, this will definitely fit the bill.
