Hey guys, trying to trade my NIB ZT0551 #0009 for either a decent set of bench stones or a chefs knife. The 0551 has never been carried, only opened and fondled. It locks up very solidly with no play in any direction. It has the factory edge too.
I don't have a set of stones so I'd like one. I don't have a preference really on type of stone or brand... I've never had a good set so I'm not partial. I'm also looking for a chef's knife in the 8" or 9" range. I prefer a European/French style blade but a Gyuto would work fine too. I don't want a Santoku or anything from Henckel's or Wusthof. I'm willing to add or take some cash in the deal as well.
