In genuine Crye Precision Multicam, which TAD does not presently use. It is in very good condition, good enough that it could probably pass for new. The only "defect" is that I clipped the D-ring on the front because it flapped around on my pack strap when I walked (I used it shortly, prior to getting one in foliage green). I clipped it in a way similar to the repair buckles from ITW, so it should be secure in the webbing if you choose to use it, and it will be included with the pouch. a wrap of tape around the notch would secure it completely. I can even do that for you, if you wish.
