Spyderco Caly3? Does the Walther come with CO2 catridges and BBs?

I have 35ish CO2's that I may trade with the gun, but I am not sure if they could be shipped. I'm not really interested in the Spyderco Caly 3 but thanks for asking. If you have something that is roughly the same in value as the gun let me know and maybe we could work something out. The gun is in very good condition, it has a fake silencer, flashlight, red dot sight with mounting hardware, 2 eight shot clips, 1 removeable CO2 magazine, and a case. Thanks
