Zero Tolerance 0770CF-M390 #181

FULL DISCLOSURE: I bought this knife because I wanted it for an EDC. After receiving the knife, I took the side scale off, and removed the torsion bar, because I hate assisted knives(the irony right?). I wanted so badly to like this knife. I love the carbon fiber, I love the steel, I love the blade shape, and I love the pocket clip, and the ergos. It's truly a great knife, if you don't mind assisted knives. Although it has a detent, the flipper tab is too small to make it flip properly without using your wrist. The best way to describe this is, I can hold my Domino, Southard, 0801, or any other flipper I have vertically, and flip the blade open with one finger, no wrist action. I couldn't accomplish this with the ZT 0770CF. The detent is almost non-existent, and the only real way I can see to overcome this, is to either extend the flipper tab to provide more leverage, or use your wrist. If you're fine with using some wrist, then it flips great without the torsion bar. Needless to say, I put the torsion bar back in, put the knife back together, and listed it on BF. Besides the fact that I removed and reinstalled the torsion bar, the knife is brand new and unused.

Benchmade 940-1 #111 First Production

Carried, used, sharpened. Excellent condition. Pocket clip isn't included in trade, unless it's requested. Standard pocket clip will come installed on knife. Knife was sharpened at 30° inclusive on the sharpmaker. I re-profiled it with the diamond stones(well worn), and stropped it, because I wanted to see how S90V performed with an extremely toothy edge, but I never got around to using it because some other knives showed up and kicked it out of my pocket. I'm not the best at sharpening but the edge is pretty decent, and it will now remove hair, which it wouldn't do from the factory.

Interested in the following:

  1. NIB Benchmade 710-1401, M390, Sculpture Black and Blue G-10 (Knifeworks Exclusive)
  2. NIB Zero Tolerance 0562CF
  3. NIB Paramilitary 2's[Black Blade/Black G10, Black Blade/Digicam G10, Satin Blade/Black G10] - Only these 3 at this time, unless it's a Sprint
  4. NIB Doug Ritter RSK MK1 Stone Washed M390 Blade (Knifeworks Exclusive)
  5. Other high end production knives. I'm open to offers. The first 4 are what I'm the most interested in at this time.

Things I'm not interested in:

  1. Heavily used knives
  2. Chinese made knives
  3. Partially serrated or fully serrated blades
  4. Nothing with a recurve worse than a Kershaw Blur, or the Benchmade 710
  5. Fixed blades of any kind
  6. Assisted knives

That's about it. If you have any other trade offers besides the ones I listed, let me know. The worst I can do is say no. I'm willing to trade one knife for multiples or both, add cash, or accept cash in addition to trade if value is too uneven. I work nights, so my reply times can sometimes take a while if I'm at work because I don't have access to my phone, and the fact that I sleep during the day. Please don't get upset it my replies take a while, and make sure to check your junk folder if you don't hear back in a reasonable about of time. Thanks for reading.

I didn't know anything about this knife, so I had to look some stuff up. Right now, I'm not looking for anything with a coated blade besides Paramilitary 2's. The acid wash version of that knife looks really tempting, but it isn't worth the price to me. Thanks for the offer though.
