I have a neighbor that is getting into knives so I would like to get him a decent fixed blade and nicer folder as a gift. I have the following to offer that I don't seem to use very much. All of them have seen little to no use.

For a fixed blade I'm looking something around the size of a Gerber Prodigy. He likes my LMF2, so up to that size.
As far as folders go I'm looking for something along the lines of a PE Kershaw Blur, PE Spyderco Endura/Tenacious or something of similar size and quality. Plain edge and non serrated.
Users are okay just nothing beat to death.
