We are not sure that the order was that screwed up.

I’m not trying to defend the supplier, the order was wrong, but every dispute has 2 sides

The part that I consider to be the worst screw up is that the hawks were either sent damaged or were packaged poorly and were damaged in shipping. To be fair, there is another option, and that is that they were packaged well and the shipping company handled the package so poorly that it is their fault that the hawks were damaged. That is information that has not been forthcoming in this thread, and with the OP having been banned (which has nothing to do with this thread), it is something we may not ever learn.

Actually, there are usually three sides to every dispute.

You would wonder how someone could handle a package so badly as to bend 4 axe heads yet not damage the 2 machetes in the package.

Actually what sort of force would be required to deliberately bend one axe head???

I bought a CS Trail Hawk and I was some what disapointed with the quality. The handle wasn't fitted correctly to the head. Also the head appeared to have warped a bit during the forging process. I asked arround and inspected a few others and they were all of similar quality.

But I get your point about the 3 sides.

I don't know if CE uses drop shipping or not, I personally don't for that very reason, I like to check every item before it leaves my hands.Wholesalers make stuff ups, even manufactures have been known to put the wrong product label on a box. Accidents happen,it just takes a bit of understanding on both sides to make it end happily.
Ask Tini, he's CORRECT Spydy is finally on the way :)
