I've bought from both Dale and Jim Howe, and they both provide great service. Iv'e got a Ural sidecar rig, and the people I deal with there are the same.

Could it be the "niche" thing, small group, intensely involved in their product? I've had people send me stuff for my Ural for free, send it with an invoice and send a check back, and send it and tell me to add the cost to the next order. I think it's the same atmosphere here.

I first heard of Dale when I started hanging around this forum a while ago. By that time I had already ordered my first ESEE knife, the 5 from another company with lackluster service and prices. My next order was from Dale and I couldn't believe I got free shipping, the savings in the cost of his products, his first class service, and the lightning fast shipping. After that order I never ordered from any other place, so he got the entire ESEE line up out of me plus several extras in certain items, just minus my first one. I'd never fo anywhere else, he's made a customer for life out of me by having the values that all companies should have, and used to have, but is almost non existent in this day and age. One of the few other companies that has the same values is ESEE and they've made a customer for life out of me also by standing behind the products they make. Keep up all the great work Dale, your the man!!!

I've ordered from Dale twice so far, once for custom scales for my 4 and again for an ESEE-3MIL. I've had no complaints, good prices, easy to order, decent shipping. The 3mil took a few weeks to get here but I am in Canada and it was around Christmas so that's pretty much what I expected, the scales came pretty quick (custom scales are really nice btw).

Thinking of buying an ESEE-6 at some point, pretty sure I know where to order from.:thumbup:
