I tend to enjoy any handle color that isnt black, so I'm glad to see this.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
I'm going to pick one up when they are available, for some reason I can't bring myself to throw down money on a pre-order. I like the brown handles, and I want to try xhp, and at this price it seems like the perfect time to not only try out that steel, but also try out the lightweight manix. Never was interested in the bd1, and for the price of the g10 versions something else has always won over it.
My name is George, and I approve this message.
I read somewhere that XHP takes a polished edge better than s30. In may pick one up if that's true. Nothing like having a hair whittled to show off.

Heads up! My CC was just charged and the website Is showing "In Stock".
Waiting for shipping confirmation!
Got mine today. Flawless execution. Now to wait for the maxamelt so I can have the lightweight trio!
Same here. Preoredered a 52100 mili... they appeared on another dealer, I then called knifecenter to make sure that my order was good and I was aaured it was. At this point you can see where I'm going with this. A few days later I received an email saying that I would not be receiving mine. Not sure what I'm going to do about this one, XHP is a great steel but the Maxament one isn't far off.
I also wish it was another dealer that had them, my experiences with KC have not been the best.
