  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Ya Baby the Busse's are in! So on with the tests!

Mike; you have plenty of DEET around. It is what Lori dabs on her when she hears your 'little mosquito' start to whine!!

Seriously, regarding your tests, I had serious doubts about the validity of them, despite your claims of similar blade geometry. I recall a series of tests by Wayne Goddard (sp?), in which he took different types of steel, ground the edges to a specific angle, and then compared them (and if anyone has that reference handy, I would appreciate you posting it, as I have mislaid it).

However, upon thinking it over, I think that your tests will be valid. After all, they are real world comparisons of what the consumer will be able to obtain. In other words, these are the knives that actually exist, with the existing blade geometries, and therefore are representative of what can be expected with regards to performance.

I await the results with great interest.
