A most generous gesture,was extended by this BF's Gold Member.
He posted in the Traditional sub forum,in the thread for swapping slipjoints,to give away a slipjoint or two.He was no longer using & wanted them to be used.
My wife is the ScoutMaster in our town,I always try to hook Scouts up,when & as necessary,so I took him up on his offer.
A box ! of knives show up! 6 in all.He put some smiles on a group of knife-nuts faces :thumbup:
It Seems most of them Scouts were "knifed up" already,I hope I had an influence on them
Never the less,his knives found new homes.
It is member's like this,who make the knife community what it is.
