Thought some of you might find this fun. See what all is in this is a pic of my coffee table drawer with lots of my good stuff -knives, tools, gadgets, and general pocket trash. I’ve always wondered if others have a messy drawer like this. I’ve seen the very organized wooden drawers and the metal tool chests, but this one is just the coffee table drawer. I love to look at all the things I am collecting. Lots of details to zoom in on.

Thanks, and enjoy looking.

Definitely a big fan of the ZT’s. Good quality, but getting close to too expensive.
100%…. Back when they were all around $200, (and Hinderers were the same price back then, $425ish) they were an extremely good value… 0801s, 0562s, 0452s, 0620s/630s etc were all right around $200. And back then the quality was more consistent than RHK imo.
Now the more premium models like the 0308 and the 0762 are closing in on those Hinderer prices really quick ($350+).

I understand inflation and all that, I just wish they would do more of the collabs again like they used to… for example, when is the last time they came out with a new Rexford or George design??? It would probly be that 0920 there.

Here’s to hoping for more collabs in the future for Zero Tolerance, I ain’t giving up on them yet, they are the reason I got into knives in the first place, and I still consider them to be among the very best quality in their price range (and even better than some brands costing much more)

I couldn’t have a drawer like that. My wife would think it was ok to throw scissors, various tools she uses, phone chargers and anything else she wanted to keep handy on top of my stuff.

Definitely not staged. But I know betting than to try to change anyone’s mind, especially on the internet. 😊. The only staging I did was to wipe some dust on the drawer and remove a few dog hairs before I took the picture.

About a month ago, I was looking for a carry for the afternoon, and I laughed because the drawer is clearly getting too full. It reminded me of those old seek and finds in the Highlights magazines. I love pictures like that and I love to see what everyone else collects. Every now and then we get to see some really cool stuff - unique stuff.

Im sad you neglect a Ti military like that. Even more sad if its an S90V Cf/Ti millie.

I think you should sell it to me. Clearly you like ZTs more than the millie!

That Surefire battery holder turned out to be not very useful, and now CR123’s are not really used much.

And Riz!, LOL, that is the CF/ti S90v Millie. I love it, but it don’t carry it much. I gained some (too much) weight and the longer millie doesn’t ride to well with jeans. Gotta lose some lbs. and get it in my pocket.

I do agree with you on the ZT’s. I used to buy 4-8 knives a year. Lately, it’s about 2-3 or less. I too would like the collaborations but ZT has been weird the last 3 years. Not many new models. Very disappointing. As they now are over $300, it looks like I’ll only be able to afford about 1 per year. Clearly though, there are enough people with the cash for them. I am not one of them. Wish I was. I can appreciate the more reasonable price of, say, a Spyderco Para-military 2 but I get bored with just different colors of G10. They’re certainly good quality knives, but there’s nothing ”special“ about them (just my personal opinion). I do still carry those type’s because of their utility (and I still do generally just like them) but I also like how the more expensive ZT’s have the titanium scales and the flipper.
