Yeah I'm rolling down Rodeo with a snark gun.

I know people like you. Are you also the guy who gets drunk and runs around nekkid?

p.s. I am pretty sure we are from the same generation.

I don't know if you would call it nekkid per say, I'd have a belt with a knife strapped it :p.
Oh wow you are close in age!

Nicely done.

Indeed! I didn't take it out, it's still very much a chip, however, I sharpened the "flat" spot in the chip, if that makes sense, I 'pushed' it back into shape.

Ah, the old single-serration-right-in-the-middle-of-the-blade trick. That'll come in handy

Tiger Lillie's? My gf's mom had tiger lillies in her yard. After she passed away she wanted to dig some up and plant them here, but we never got to before the house sold. I often think about sneaking into the yard and digging some up for her.

Yup, at least that's what I know 'em as. They remind me of my grandma cuz she always had 'em in her yard back in WI. They're hugely popular around here because the UT Volunteers colors are orange and white.

These are in back next to the veggie garden; I've thought about digging 'em up in the fall and moving them out front to spruce up the place a bit, but they're doing well and I'd hate to kill 'em, so I'll probably just buy more bulbs.

I'm very sick, and I do believe that you just un-plugged my nose with that comment. I'm not sure if I should thank you or put you on my ignore list.... :D

Those are nice. We've had such a late spring this year ours are only about 2" high right now. Oh and don't worry about digging them up; we started with one bunch a few years back and my wife keeps digging them up and seperating and transferring them. We're up to I think 5 or 6 bunches now. Damn things just don't die...

Fwiw the people posting changed a lot. Lots of new people, some regulars disappeared, some post more, some post less. Change is just a fact of life.

Aren't you a little young to be going through the "change of life"?

James, those lilies look gorgeous. Fwiw, I always thought that Tiger lilies were the orange and black day lilies, not the Asiatic lilies. I used to have a garden with quite a few varieties of each, more day lilies than Asiatic.

Very nice James! My wife absolutely loves lilies. Sadly most of hers planted in the garden we worked so hard on last year were/are concealed by a massive pile of dirt I am still relocating from my Tornado Shelter. My back yard looks like an actual tornado went through it... One of these days I'll have all the work done. :D

Won this one and the wallet in the ESEE raffle at Blade Show.
Wallet matches my Becker Bag, and color coordination is so important in the urban jungle.
The larger sizes (4, 5, 6) have never fit my hand all that well, but the 3 is pretty nice.
My other ESEEs are the Junglas, Lite Machete, and Izula II. I do like all of them.

My wife agrees with you, and that makes sense. These have no striping at all. All I know for sure is, they're pretty and require almost zero maintenance :)

I'm not going through any change. Lol. People were posting that the snark had changed and wasn't the same as it used to be. I was just offering up somewhat of a reason I guess. I should probably have just blamed it on that Guyon guy everyone else was blaming it on and moved on.

I agree. The best urban camouflage whilst hiding out in a Starbucks (or Timmy's up north) is definitely color coordination. No need to draw unnecessary attention with mis-matched gear..

Looks nice, I have my ESEE 3 with desert tan blade and OD Scales.
It's a nice blade for sure.

Roger that. I am looking for some coyote tan pumps to match.

Sounds exciting, what are you going to be fishing for?
my guess is it is to relax. Not too many people fish as a main source of food anymore.

Snark sure isnt what it used to be :(
I agree, and I'm sure people that are smarter than I am can explain it. I just roll with the punches and go with it.
Snark is what you make of it. Now put yer damn pants on and quit scareing everyone. How ya been?
I read this as put your damn pants on and quit screwing everyone and felt really left out, but also happy to not be part of the "in" crowd.
I think Guyon had something to do with it. I can't remember any of his posts though.
Who is that? Is that the vampire dude?

We call that a Enyaw I believe.

I think Pay less still has the Dyeables shoes. You can probably get a stiletto and a pump there for day and evening wear.

Crocs makes pumps now?
They are expanding the market.
